Madan has 16 years’ experience in the metal forming industry, specializing in cold-forming techniques including cold-heading, form rolling, and thread rolling as well as metal stamping and die casting. He has extensive experience using specialty metals, including Kovar, and has in-depth knowledge related to tool design for multiple manufacturing processes. He has been with MW Components – Easton, previously Sussex Wire, Inc. for over 8 years and is presently the VP and GM of Cold Heading.
